At Neuro, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original Neuro mailer and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
